This technology has helped customers receive immediate assistance by answering calls within seconds, not minutes, freeing up our skilled operators to focus on real emergency signals quickly and accurately.
The AG Mobile App helps technicians manage their accounts from anywhere. They can put accounts on test, view a detailed log of their accounts, and even locate accounts based on the user’s current location. The app has continued to make technicians’ lives simpler since its release.
